Easy Healthy Ice Cream

Serves 1

Peanut butter is high in protein while bananas are full of potassium with natural sweetness and creaminess. Combine the two and get a delicious, healthy snack that is more satisfying than commercially prepared ice cream.

Give it a try, once you see how frozen bananas blended become creamy nice cream, you won't look back!


Serves 1

  •  3/4 Tbsp peanut butter (sugar free)
  •  1 chopped frozen banana. 


Chop up a few bananas & freeze them in portions of 1. 

Take 1 out of the freezer and add to a food processor with the peanut butter.

Blend until just combined.
