2 Ingredient Cookies
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups gluten free oats
Preheat oven to 180℃/350℉
Place oats in blender or food processor, blend until oats become a flour consistency with some small oat pieces left.
In large bowl combined mashed banana with oats until smooth.
1/2 cup dried fruit or
1/2 cup choc chips
Stir in optional ingredients if you choose
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Spoon 10 even quantities onto sheet and flatten.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
