3 cups shredded mozzarella
This recipe makes a thin crust pizza, if you prefer a thicker crust, add an extra egg and an extra cup of shredded cheese. Add a teaspoon of dried Italian herbs, onion or garlic powder if you wish .
Preheat oven to 230C/450F
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Crack eggs into a large bowl, add shredded cheese, stir to combine.
Spread mixture with a spoon into a circle on the baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Remove from the oven, add tomato paste on the crust and other favourite toppings like pepperoni, sliced olives, dried herbs and more shredded cheese
Bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese on top is melted.
