Vanilla Bean Fudge

Vanilla, honey and stevia for a sweet creamy flavour and beans for protein and a silky smooth consistency.
Most fudge is packed with sugar and sweetened condensed milk. This no bake fudge is easy, diary free, gluten free and delicious. You are not missing out on anything here, in fact you are nourishing your health and enjoying an improved version of the classic sweet.
2 cans white beans (navy or cannellini), drained
¾ cups coconut oil
½ cup stevia (granulated natural sweetener which measures spoon for spoon to sugar)
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
½ vanilla extract
pinch salt
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth. Scape into a 8"x"8/20cm x 20cm pan pressing down firmly.
Place in fridge for at least 2 hours to set. Cut into pieces and enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer in and air tight container.
