2 Ingredient Pancakes
These easy pancakes are light and fluffy with no sugar or flour.
Banana and eggs are all you need to make this protein rich breakfast.
Makes 2-3 small pancakes | Prep 3 mins | Cook 10 mins | Serves 1
• 1 ripe banana
• 2 eggs
Mash the banana in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with a fork, add to mash, stir to combine.
Add a little butter or oil to a frying pan.
Spoon the batter into pan for 3 pancakes.
Cook until golden on each side.
Stack and serve with your favorite topping.
