How can cakes be good for me?

Traditional baked goods contain white refined flour and sugar. They are high in empty calories with little nutritional benefit, hunger returns soon after eating. Can I do the program if I have a food allergy?

The meals are gluten and refined sugar free. There are also dairy free, nut free and vegetarian options. If you can't eat or don't like a meal in the Nutrition Plan just swap it for one which you suits you. Most of the breads, muffins and cupcakes contain eggs. This is for protein and to help cakes rise.

 

What else is there to eat?

There are many choices for breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. Enjoy favourites like Fit Frittatas, Tabouleh With A Twist and Ace Apple Crumble. Daily meals include sweet and savoury muffins as well as yoghurt, berries, salads and dips.

  • What equipment do I need?

    A great deal of consideration has gone into making Cake Cleanse affordable. A small amount of equipment is required with the same baking trays used in a variety of dishes.
