Easy Watermelon Sorbet

Watermelon is hydrating and contains significant quantities of vitamin A and C.
There are only 40 calories in 1 cup.
This is my remedy for keeping cool in the warm weather.
Chop seedless watermelon into small pieces and freeze. Add the frozen watermelon to a food processor or blender and pulse to sorbet consistency. Enjoy immediately!
